About The Role:
The Director of Partnerships and Demand Generation, Ecommerce, will lead the go-to-market strategies for our ecommerce and DTC marketing solutions.
This person will leverage their deep understanding of the ecommerce operator’s core challenges, key metrics, marketing strategy and tools, as well as their established network of influential voices and technology providers to generate demand and opportunities via the partnership channel.
They will bring their insights of ecommerce marketing technology and trends to develop the competitive brand positioning of our solutions in the marketplace, and share these insights across the Customers.ai organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate Sales Pipeline: Focus on generating opportunities for the midmarket sales organization by way of free trials and demos booked through a variety of channels, focusing heavily on referrals.
- Identify and Develop Strategic Partnerships: Actively leverage tools and networks to identify strategic partners, design captivating and innovative partnership offerings, and perform outbound outreach leading to collaboration opportunities.
- Ensure Delightful Partnership Experiences: Serve as partner marketing lead for new and existing partners in the ecommerce technology industry and ecommerce marketing influencers, understanding their business strategies, priorities, and near- and long-term goals.
- Advocate Ecommerce Priorities to Stakeholders: Function as the ecommerce customer and partner advocate within Customers.ai, ensuring appropriate and effective representation to inform product- and sales-related decision making.
- Track and Report on Business Generated: Analyze and compile multiple data sets to understand Partner-generated business, and regularly present results and recommendations to internal teams and leadership.
Experience
- Experience in Ecommerce Business Administration, Sales, Partnerships, Marketing or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in ecommerce SaaS or technology partnership development and management.
- Familiarity with partner ecosystem software and platforms such as Crossbeam, GiddyUp and PartnerOptimizer.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for new technology with a winning attitude and track record of success.
- Experience as a principal at an ecommerce business is a major plus.

About the Role:
We are seeking an entrepreneurial eCommerce Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. This role is centered on enabling client success within the eCommerce segment of our business. The ideal candidate will have significant agency marketing experience in working with ecommerce logos in order to understand client goals and objectives and execute towards them using our products and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Success Management: Drive clients’ revenue goals and marketing capabilities, enhancing Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and renewal rates through strategic product use and effective onboarding. Provide comprehensive digital marketing analysis to identify improvement opportunities and deliver actionable insights.
- Onboarding and Training: Ensure smooth integration for new clients by activating essential product features and integrations.
